TERMS OF SERVICE
1. References are preferred! Even if the you don't have a detailed reference sheet any pictures, photos, moodboards or anything of the sort can help me prepare what you want!2. Using the commission or any of my art to feed AI-related engines or platforms is prohibited.3. Removing my watermark is prohibited. You can add your own watermark, but you may not delete my own one.4. Customer has the right to ask me for changes during the sketch.5. The final product will be sent via E-Mail with a Google Drive link.6. All WIPs are sent separately at each stage.7. You automatically agree to my Terms of Service the moment you purchase any service from me.8. Payment is fulfilled via VGen, PayPal or Blik.9. If you decide to ask me for a refund:— if the artwork still hasn't been started, you will receive 100% refund.
— on the stage of sketch, you will receive 50% refund.
— after the artwork has been finished or has been done to the point any further than the sketch, you will not receive a refund.
1. The turn around time of the commission should not be longer than a month, depending on my workload at school or other issues.2. The product you receive can't be used for commercial benefits unless an additional payment has been added.3. Selling the product under your name is prohibited.4. As the artist, I reserve myself the right to refuse the commission if it's not in my ability or if I'm uncomfortable with what you ordered.I hold every right to the artwork.The commission can be used as an example of my commissions with proper credit for you as the owner of the characters.I have the right to increase my prices, depending on how detailed the artwork will be.5. As the client, you may use the artwork however you like, except for commercial use (unless you've paid for it).You can use it for icons or to share with others. Credits are appreciated!6.
